From May 23–June 1, 2026, Samye Hermitage Bali hosted a ten-day Concise Daily Practice retreat for practitioners wishing to deepen their understanding and practice in a supportive retreat environment.
Participants received teachings on the meaning, structure, and application of the Concise Daily Practice, together with instruction in the correct use of the damaru and bell. They also joined online teachings from Phakchok Rinpoche, receiving further inspiration and guidance for their practice.
The group also participated in a nāga puja, making offerings to restore harmony with nāga beings and create favourable conditions for health, prosperity, and Dharma practice.
In the peaceful surroundings of Samye Hermitage Bali, beneath the Guru Sampa Lhundrup statue overlooking the land, the retreat offered a precious opportunity to strengthen daily practice and practise alongside fellow Dharma practitioners.
Samye Hermitage Bali will host a 10-Day Ngondro Retreat from October 15–24, 2026. Visit the event page to learn more and register.
We rejoice in the participants’ dedicated practice and in the retreat team’s support for this gathering.
