Samye Kedah and Samye Malaysia Join Vesak Day Float Procession in Kulim

Samye Kedah and Samye Malaysia joined Kulim’s Vesak Day procession with a sangha-sponsored float adorned with Buddha images, stupas, lamps and flowers.

On May 31, 2026, Samye Kedah and Samye Malaysia joined the Vesak Day float procession in Kulim, Malaysia. The wider sangha sponsored the float decorations, which featured images of Shakyamuni Buddha, stupas, Kālacakra symbols, lamps, and thousands of flowers.

As dusk fell, sangha members and their families walked in procession, mindfully and joyfully celebrating Shakyamuni Buddha’s birth, enlightenment, and parinirvana.
